Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2000
$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
Scrub Tech - OR
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Variable day shifts with weekend coverage for on-call only
• On-call responsibilities include 6-8 weeknights and 1-2 weekends during the 13-week contract with a 30-minute response time requiring traveler to be ready and in the OR within that time
• May be required to float to additional facility locations as needed
• Must have own vehicle - cannot rely on rideshare services due to on-call responsibilities
• 21 operating rooms covering all specialties with an average of 40-60 cases per day
• Ortho, Neuro, and Spine experience required including complex spine, neuro, and craniotomy cases; must be strong in total joint procedures
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Minimum 4+ years of experience required
• Responsibilities include setting up operative suites, reviewing case carts to ensure all supplies are available, scrubbing surgical cases across a variety of specialties, and turning over rooms for multiple procedures throughout the day
• Additional specialties such as General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and GI are a bonus but not required
• Must be flexible, have an excellent work ethic, be willing to assist with downtime tasks, and help train new hires
• Holiday rotation required as needed
• Required certifications: BLS, CST license (NBSTSA or NCCT accepted; AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Must be a graduate of a certified surgical technologist program
• Scrub colors: any color

The facility averages 40-60 cases per day and operates as a Trauma Level II center, providing high-acuity surgical care to the community.
