Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist specializing in Operating Room Technology for a position in Helena, Montana. The role involves assisting with elective and emergent surgeries, primarily in Orthopedics, Gynecology, Robotics, Urology, General Surgery, Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), and Orthopedic Spine. Candidates must have at least two years of experience, including prior travel experience, and be motivated team players capable of staying on task and helping out as needed. The position requires availability for 10-hour day shifts and call shifts as specified below.

- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Schedule: 10-hour day shifts with call required; call shifts include 5 to 6 12-hour shifts within a 6-week period
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in surgical technology or operating room technology, BLS certification, two years of surgical experience, prior travel experience, experience with total joint and orthopedic surgeries, and proficiency with Epic electronic medical records system.
- Additional Information: Must be a team player, motivated to stay on task, and adaptable to assist as needed. HEAVY experience in Total Joint and Orthopedics required. The candidate must comply with the 200-mile radius rule and request any time off or schedule modifications upon submission, as no requests will be approved afterward.
