Surgical Technician – Circulating & Scrubbing Role

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Surgical Technician, where your expertise ensures smooth and sterile surgical procedures that make a real difference. This vital role supports surgeons and the surgical team by preparing instruments, maintaining sterile environments, and assisting during a variety of complex surgeries. Pay Package:

• $20/hr
• $40 OT
• $1,720 weekly gross
• $250 mobility bonus (first week)

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Surgical Technician or completion of Surgical Technician training
• Ability to create and maintain sterile fields and inspect sterile supplies for contamination
• Familiarity with operating mechanical, electrical, and air-powered equipment
• Skilled in scrubbing a variety of surgical procedures, including specialty surgeries such as sports medicine and trauma
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Capable of assisting with specimen collection and hardware documentation
• Cooperative team player with a collaborative approach to patient care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required
• At least 1 year of OR experience as a Surgical Technician preferred
• Certification or eligibility for certification highly preferred

Other Requirements:

• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Availability for 13-week assignment with varied 12-hour day/evening shifts
• On-call availability required
• Housing options may be available based on current availability (walking distance to hospital)
