Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide surgical technologist support within a surgical services department
- Assist surgical teams during operative procedures, ensuring proper instrumentation and sterile field maintenance
- Complete required facility-specific orientation modules prior to start date
- Adhere to strict attendance and conduct policies in place at the facility
Required Qualifications
- Active Surgical Technologist certification (CST) required
- Must successfully pass EKG and Pharmacology tests during orientation (2 attempts maximum, no remediation)
- Minimum of 2 professional references from a direct supervisor, manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Director
- References must be submitted at time of submission
- Must complete all required pre-start orientation modules (non-billable; average 6–15 hours)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract surgical technologist experience preferred
- Familiarity with SilkRoad or similar module-tracking platforms is a plus
