Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties across 2 OR suites, supporting an expected 5-20 cases per week
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures including General Surgery, GYN, Urology, GI, and Orthopedics
• Maintain a flexible approach to assignments, including willingness to assist with downtime tasks as needed
• May be required to float to other nearby facility locations when needed
• Document and chart accurately; Epic EMR experience preferred

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of OR/surgical technologist experience
• AHA BLS certification required
• Proficiency in General Surgery, GYN, Urology, GI, and Orthopedic procedures
• Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to change with a strong work ethic

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred but not required
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well within a team environment
