Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00–17:30) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide surgical technologist support for orthopedic, spine, and related surgical procedures
Operate and assist with the Mako Surgical Robot as required
Float to Main OR as needed based on departmental staffing requirements
Fulfill call requirements: three weeknight call shifts (11p–7a) and three weekend call shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a) per 6-week schedule
Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
Required Qualifications
BLS Certification required
Washington State Surgical Technologist License required (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical technologist role
Experience in General OR, Spine, Orthopedics, and Podiatry
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms (locals accepted at a lower bill rate)
2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with the Mako Surgical Robot
Comfort and flexibility floating between sister facilities as needed
Prior travel contract experience in a surgical services setting
