Key Responsibilities
Perform scrub technologist duties across a high-volume, 22-OR adult operating room environment with 1:1 patient ratios
Support a broad range of surgical specialties including General Surgery, Surgical Oncology, GYN, GYN Oncology, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, ENT, Plastics, Burn, Urology, Podiatry, and Colo-Rectal procedures
Assist with robotic-assisted surgical procedures as part of a large, active robotics program
Document and maintain accurate patient records using the Meditech EMR system
Participate in rotating on-call coverage, averaging approximately two 8-hour on-call shifts per month
Adhere to facility dress code; scrubs are provided by the facility
Minimum of 1 year of surgical technologist experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
Robotic surgery experience strongly preferred; facility operates a very large robotics program
Experience in a high-acuity, multi-specialty adult OR setting
Familiarity with Meditech EMR
