Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday–Friday (Weekends: Call Only)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scrub technologist duties in a high-volume main operating room environment staffing 8–11 rooms daily
- Assist surgical teams with a variety of procedures including neurological and transplant cases
- Maintain sterile field and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and equipment throughout procedures
- Participate in call coverage as required, including evening call from 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM Monday through Friday
- Accurately document and utilize the facility EMR system (Meditech) for case-related records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of current hospital-based CST/Surgical Technologist experience
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active DORA (Colorado) and NBSTSA certifications required
- Ability and willingness to take call as assigned
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
- Previous travel assignment experience, particularly at large acute care facilities
- Robotics experience in the operating room
