Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties across a high-volume surgical environment averaging 350-400 cases per month across 6 operating rooms
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including total joints, robotic (Da Vinci), spine, general surgery, urology, GYN, orthopedics, and ENT
• Participate in on-call rotation approximately 8 times within a 6-week period, including weekend and holiday call coverage; 30-minute call-back response required
• Adapt to changing surgical schedules and case demands while maintaining strong assessment and critical thinking throughout all procedures
• Adhere to all facility policies, including attendance standards - excessive call-ins may result in contract termination

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required - must be attached at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of surgical technologist experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in total joints, Da Vinci robotic surgery, spine, general, urology, GYN, orthopedics, and ENT
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and adaptability skills
• Must live at least 40 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume operating room environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage change, work independently, and collaborate effectively with surgical teams
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities including weekend and holiday rotations
