Key Responsibilities Independently scrub a wide range of surgical procedures including General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Ophthalmic, Urology, ENT, Endoscopy, Robotic, Obstetrics, and Gynecology. Active State of Hawaii Surgical Technologist license required by assignment start date — travelers without a current HI license must apply for licensure upon offer acceptance.
Independently scrub a wide range of surgical procedures including General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Ophthalmic, Urology, ENT, Endoscopy, Robotic, Obstetrics, and Gynecology
Assist with OR room turnover and cleaning between cases
Transport patients as needed within the department
Participate in on-call rotation — on average 1–2 times per week plus up to 2 weekends per month; 20-minute call-back time required
Orient on day shift for up to one week or at manager's discretion prior to variable scheduling
Must complete a minimum of 39 shifts during the contract duration if requesting time off
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of scrubbing experience in a hospital OR setting

Ability to work variable shifts between 0645–2315 based on department needs, including 32–40 hours per week
Availability for on-call coverage 24/7 as assigned
