Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room | Seasonal Travel Contract

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties across a 14-OR suite supporting a high-volume surgical environment
• Assist with a broad range of procedures including Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Joint, and Transplant cases
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in collaboration with RNs, PCTs, and the trauma team
• Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and case management
• Fulfill on-call obligations, including approximately 1–2 call shifts per week from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Adapt to day and evening hours as needed based on unit demands

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of current hospital experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• NBSTSA Certification (CST) required prior to submission
• DORA (Colorado) Certification required prior to submission
• BLS Certification required
• Demonstrated Ortho/Joint experience is required
• Must be competent in Neuro/Spine procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level I Trauma center experience
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Experience in transplant surgical procedures
