Transport patients safely throughout the surgical services department
Clean and turn over operating rooms between surgical cases
Lift and move heavy items and equipment as required by department operations
Support surgical services staff in maintaining an efficient and safe environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in surgical services or applicable specialty
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required — no pending renewals accepted
High school diploma or GED required

Must pass required facility assessments (ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate) during orientation; maximum of two attempts permitted
Preferred Experience / Skills
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
Experience within a single location for the required specialty tenure is preferred but not mandatory
