Must be nicotine-free (excluding nurses and CSTs); negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine/cotinine required within 12 months of start date. One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director within the applicable specialty from an assignment worked in the past 12 months required.
Transport patients safely throughout the facility as required
Clean and turn over surgical rooms between procedures
Lift and move heavy items in accordance with facility protocols
Support surgical services staff with process and workflow tasks throughout the shift
Complete required orientation training on day shift during the first three weeks of assignment
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; 18 months of combined permanent experience in the applicable specialty preferred
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
High school diploma or GED required
Active permanent Ohio license or compact license required and must be in hand at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills
18 months of experience within a single facility in the applicable specialty
Familiarity with surgical services environments and room turnover procedures
