Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgical scrub duties in the Operating Room, supporting a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedic and general surgery cases
• Assist surgical teams with robotic-assisted procedures utilizing DaVinci Xi, Mako, and/or Rosa systems
• Support total joint replacement and orthopedic surgical cases as a proficient scrub technologist
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field, instruments, and supplies in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff to ensure safe and efficient surgical care

Required Qualifications

• NBSTSA certification (CST) required — documentation required at submission
• Active BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
• Minimum of 36 months of current CST/Surgical Tech experience required
• Proficient in orthopedic surgery, including total joints experience
• General surgery experience required
• Proficient experience with Mako and/or Rosa robotic systems required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• DaVinci robotics experience highly preferred
• Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume OR environment with advanced surgical equipment
