    Opportunity:

    Certified Surgical Tech

    Job Details:

    • Day shift staffing includes Charge RN, RNs, CSTs, Anesthesia Techs, Orderly, and Equipment Techs
    • Night shift staffing includes Charge RN, RNs, and CSTs
    • Patient ratio of 1:1
    • Must take calls 15+ times per month and cover upcoming holidays
    • On-call requirements and holiday coverage required
    • No floating to other units
    • Work across Surgery and Endoscopy units with 10 ORs and 2 Endo suites
    • Perform all types of surgical procedures except transplants
    • Use Meditech EMR system
    • Work with standard OR equipment
    • Minimum 5 years of experience required
    • Meditech experience required
    • Neuro experience and ECRP experience preferred
    • Vascular experience and advanced procedures experience preferred
    • Flexible team player personality preferred
    • Required certification: BLS
    • Hospital-provided scrubs required

    This facility is a full-service acute care hospital offering a comprehensive surgical program with 10 operating rooms and 2 endoscopy suites. The surgical unit performs a wide range of procedures with the exception of transplants, supported by a multidisciplinary team including Charge RNs, Registered Nurses, Certified Surgical Technologists, Anesthesia Technicians, and Equipment Technicians. The facility utilizes Meditech as its electronic medical records system and maintains a 1:1 patient ratio to ensure high-quality patient care.
