Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in cardiovascular operating room procedures including CABG, Thoracotomy, Endo AAA, Valve Replacement, and Pacemaker implantation
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio within a 2-suite CVOR environment
• Operate and manage specialized CVOR equipment throughout surgical cases
• Document and navigate patient records using Meditech EMR
• Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation as required
• Float to general OR as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated scrubbing experience in a cardiovascular setting
• Flexible, self-motivated, and knowledgeable team player with a strong independent work ethic
