Job Opportunity – Surgical Technologist / Sterile Processing Technologist – Brewster, WA 98812
Start Date: January 4, 2027
Location: Brewster, Washington
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Hours may vary based on case load. 40 guaranteed hours per week.
Highlights:- Travel assignment with 56-day duration through March 1, 2027
- Dual-role opportunity combining surgical technology and sterile processing responsibilities
- Work with surgical teams to ensure efficient OR operations and patient safety
- Maintain and manage surgical equipment, instrumentation, and sterile processing protocols
- Consistent weekday schedule with overtime available after 40 hours per week
- No on-call requirements
Requirements:- Successful graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist training program or minimum one year of OR scrub nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Certification as a Central Supply Technician preferred
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, medical asepsis, and proper instrument handling techniques
- Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures
- Experience with sterilization equipment including autoclaves and sonic washers
