Key Responsibilities

• Provide surgical technologist support across multiple service lines, including Cardiac and General surgery
• Scrub and assist in operative procedures within the Operating Room setting
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and supplies
• Collaborate with surgical team members to support safe and efficient patient care
• Participate in rotating schedule coverage as assigned

Required Qualifications

• NBSTSA Certification (CST) required
• Open heart/cardiac surgery experience required
• Ability to work across multiple surgical specialties
• Flu vaccine required prior to start - declinations are not accepted
• Must not be a local candidate - candidates must meet facility distance requirements to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or academic medical center Operating Room
• Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties beyond Cardiac and General
• Strong adaptability and ability to rotate across service lines efficiently
