Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist

• Assist during surgeries in operating rooms with 16 ORs
• Collaborate with a team of RN, SA, and surgical techs per OR room
• Operate robotic equipment, and support neuro, spine, general, plastics, urology, and ortho surgeries
• Participate in call rotation averaging 2 shifts per week

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist

• Valid Virginia License
• Proven robotic, ortho, and neuro/spine experience
• Comfortable with Meditech EMR systems
