Call is required, with an expectation of one call per week in a 6-week schedule. Call will start from the end of the shift at 5:30 PM until 7 AM the following day. There is one weekend call every five weeks, which will be either Saturday or Sunday from 7 AM to 7 AM. Mandatory calls are a requirement in case of call-off situations. If no one volunteers to cover a call, a rotation list will be used to find coverage. Responding to hospital calls must occur within 30 minutes. Position involves working in a level 3 trauma center. We currently have several open scrub technician positions available.
