Key Responsibilities
Perform scrub duties across a variety of surgical procedures in OR and Endoscopy suite settings (all procedure types except transplants)
Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and support surgical team members including Charge RN, RNs, and Anesthesia Techs
Utilize Meditech EMR system for accurate documentation and workflow management
Fulfill on-call requirements, including a minimum of 15+ call shifts per month and holiday coverage
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Meditech EMR experience required
Current BLS certification required
Ability to meet on-call obligations including 15+ call shifts per month and holiday coverage
