Contract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) procedures
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field throughout surgical cases
• Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to surgeons during cardiovascular procedures
• Perform counts of sponges, sharps, and instruments before, during, and after surgery
• Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping prior to procedures

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of surgical technologist experience
• CVOR experience required
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume cardiovascular surgical environment
• Familiarity with open heart and vascular surgical procedures
• Strong ability to anticipate surgeon needs in complex cases
