Seven Healthcare are seeking a Certified Surgical Technician for a travel assignment in the Operating Room. Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR- Operating Room - Travel- Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field
- Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available for surgical procedures
- Handle instruments and other sterile supplies to surgeons during operations
- Assist in the preparation of patients for surgery
Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR- Operating Room - Travel- Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital experience as a Certified Surgical Technician
- NBSTA and DORA Certifications are required
- BLS Certification
- Experience in Ortho/Joint procedures
- Flexibility to work Day/Evening hours as needed
