Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgical technologist duties across multiple specialties including Orthopedics, General Surgery, OB/GYN, and Endoscopy
• Assist with orthopedic procedures utilizing equipment from Stryker, Arthrex, and DePuy
• Support obstetrics and gynecology surgical cases as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation to meet departmental staffing and surgical coverage needs
• Work comfortably and competently across all assigned surgical specialties

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent experience as an Operating Room / Surgical Technician
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current and valid applicable state licensure or certification as required per state of assignment
• Experience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, OB/GYN, and Endoscopy
• Availability to participate in on-call coverage rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with Stryker, Arthrex, and/or DePuy orthopedic systems
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly across multiple surgical specialties in a fast-paced environment
• Prior travel or contract assignment experience in a surgical setting
