Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams across a full spectrum of procedures including general elective surgeries and critical or life-saving operations
• Support specialties including orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, endovascular/vascular, and robotic-assisted surgery
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and surgical safety throughout all procedures
• Adhere to facility attendance and conduct policies, including punctuality requirements for all scheduled shifts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience required
• Experience in orthopedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, robotic surgery (Robot Xi), urology, GYN, and endovascular/vascular required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Must meet facility-wide profile standards for contract placement
• Candidates who are or have been full-time employees of the facility within the past six months are not eligible for contract placement
• Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ENT surgical experience preferred
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application preferred
