Job Opportunity – Sterile Processing Technician – Everett, WA 98201
Start Date: October 26, 2026
Location: Everett, Washington
Schedule: Night shift, 5x8-hour shifts (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM), rotating weekends required. Guaranteed 72 hours per two-week period. May float to sister campus as needed.
Highlights:- Work at a Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds serving a diverse surgical case volume
- Specialization in Neuro, Ortho, robotics, and pediatrics, plus standard service lines including URO, general, and GYN
- Average surgical case volume of 65 procedures with approximately 1,200 trays processed daily
- Join a highly motivated teaching department focused on quality and team collaboration
- 13-week assignment with comprehensive 3-day orientation on day shift before transitioning to contracted hours
- Epic charting system with documentation primarily in SPM instrumentation management systems
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of Sterile Processing experience required
- Current CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA certification required
- Valid state license (compact license must be in hand at submission)
- Strong supply knowledge with ability to pick cases independently
- Experience with trauma and implants preferred
- Proficiency in scope/probe reprocessing, high-level disinfection, steam sterilization, and loaner tray management
- Self-motivated team player with commitment to quality standards
- Interview required prior to offer
- Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
