License: Current state license required.
Certifications: BLS, CSFA or NBSTSA or NCCSA.

Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, and Thoracic experience.
Successful completion of the privileging process prior to the start of the assignment.
Description:
Position requires a privileging process prior to the start, which takes approximately 120 days.
Candidates must have experience in Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, and Thoracic procedures.
Work schedule is daytime with rotating call requirements, requiring 1 day of call a week and 1 weekend every 4 weeks.
Candidates will float within the facility and scope of practice to the main operating room as needed.
The unit accepts first-time travelers.
Candidates can be reviewed by clinical to determine fit.
Compliance is required to start on time; non-compliance will result in delays.
Maximum Request Time Off (RTO) is limited to 7 days.
Travelers are expected to be available to work during holiday periods as specified.
Candidates must submit core items and complete necessary labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start.
References preferred at the time of submission must be supervisory level.
