The operating rooms are staffed 24/7. There is a floating policy in place, but no floating is required. Patient experience is prioritized with hourly updates provided to family members. Procedures performed in the unit include CABG, valve replacement, minimally invasive valve replacement, dissections, thoracic procedures, and vascular procedures.
