**Join Our Night Shift Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - **Exciting Opportunity:** Become an integral part of our dynamic nursing team during the night shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. - **Work Schedule:** - 4 Days - 10 Hours - Weekend Requirement: 1-2 days of 24-hour weekend call shifts - **On-Call Duty:** - 1-2 call nights per week for charge duties as needed. - **Versatility Required:** - Float to various departments as necessary to provide top-notch care. - **Essential Qualifications:** - Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license - BLS Certification from AHA - ACLS Certification from AHA - **Technology Utilized:** - Familiarity with EMR, specifically EPIC. - **Dress Code:** - Hospital Scrubs provided for your comfort. - **Impactful Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and implement patient care customized to the age of diverse patient populations. - Ensure delivery of quality care in an efficient and safe manner. - Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with respect and consideration. - Record initial assessments, establish priorities, and develop individualized plans of care. - Systematically re-assess patients to identify progress and necessary interventions. - Provide health education and assist with discharge planning. - Implement timely interventions and evaluate plans of care. - **Professional Growth:** - Join a team that values your skills and provides opportunities for advancement based on experience and additional nursing education. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
