    Role Summary

    We are looking for reliable, service-focused individuals to join our remote team as Travel Support Specialists. This position centers on assisting clients throughout the vacation process by answering questions, researching requested services, coordinating arrangements, and keeping important information organized.

    You may support clients planning resort stays, cruises, all-inclusive vacations, family trips, couples getaways, group experiences, tours, and international travel.

    What You'll Be Responsible For

    • Respond to client inquiries and collect information needed to begin planning
    • Research vacation services based on destination, dates, preferences, and budget
    • Locate and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
    • Provide clients with relevant choices and planning information
    • Assist with coordinating selected services through approved supplier systems
    • Review reservation information to help ensure accuracy
    • Keep confirmations and other important trip documents organized
    • Track deposits, final payments, and time-sensitive requirements
    • Follow up when client decisions or additional information are needed
    • Communicate reservation updates and important pre-trip information
    • Help with routine changes, questions, and service requests
    • Document client communications and maintain accurate records
    • Stay familiar with supplier procedures, destination information, and current vacation offerings

    Qualifications

    • Customer-service oriented with professional communication skills
    • Strong organization and follow-through
    • Detail-focused and comfortable handling reservation information
    • Able to research and compare options efficiently
    • Capable of managing multiple requests and deadlines
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
    • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
    • Willing to learn new supplier and reservation systems
    • Dependable, responsive, and receptive to continued learning
    • Reliable internet access and compatible device
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Must reside in the US, UK, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying regions
