POSITION SUMMARY:
The
purpose of this position is to ensure the financial requirements of the
Specialty Care Management department are met accurately and efficiently. This
includes managing internal financial processes such as funding US Bank Cards,
paying invoices, providing documentation for external program finance concerns,
preparing monthly billing statements for each employer group, and reconciling
credit card statements to match claims and entries in the department database.
This position will assist with maintaining relationships with external travel
vendors (e.g., hotels and shuttle companies), reviews and negotiates contracts,
and ensures compliance with company policies and client requirements.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review,
validate, and maintain financial and related records for client-specific
programs.
- Perform
timely reconciliation of accounts and credit card statements.
- Submit
client billing based on established billing parameters.
- Prepare and
deliver quarterly financial reports.
- Build and
maintain US Bank Card profiles and fund client expense cards.
- Process ACH
funding and repayment transactions.
- Provide
e-review lists to finance through claims systems.
- Identify
and resolve errors in invoices or data promptly.
- Maintain
accurate documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Communicate
effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve financial
issues.

Required Experience:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Business
Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in
finance, including accounts payable or accounts receivable.
- Strong attention to detail
and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft
Excel and financial systems.
- Excellent communication and
organizational skills.
