Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects valued at approximately $20M and above
- Manage daily field operations from project kickoff through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses safely and efficiently
- Enforce quality control standards and ensure all work meets project specifications
- Oversee site logistics, safety programs, and workforce management
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Utilize ProjectSight and Microsoft Project to manage project documentation and scheduling
- Travel throughout the Southeast to support a strong backlog of upcoming multifamily developments
- Serve as the primary on-site leader responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget
Profile
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Proven ability to independently lead and deliver large-scale construction projects
- Experience managing projects or phases valued at $20M or greater
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules
- Experience utilizing construction management software such as ProjectSight, Procore, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project scheduling software preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region
- Strong understanding of construction safety, quality control, and field operations
- Stable work history with a desire to build a long-term career with a growing organization
