WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sterile Processing Technician to join our surgical services team in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our surgical operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper sterilization and preparation of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sterile processing department.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely availability of sterile supplies.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician.
• Certified sterile processing technician with HSPA or CBSPD.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
• Ability to work all 7 days as needed in a union facility.
• Flu Vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed.
