License: South Carolina license required. Certifications: CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM required. Must-Have: Ability to float to other facilities as needed. Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed. Description: The Sterile Processing Tech is responsible for the sterilization and decontamination of surgical instruments and equipment. They will ensure all medical equipment is cleaned, assembled, and sterilized according to established protocols. They must demonstrate knowledge of sterilization techniques and safety procedures. The role involves working in a high-volume environment, handling various types of surgical instruments across disciplines.
