Travel Sterile Processing Tech - $1,221 per week in Lexington, KY

Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience is required. License: Compact or state license required at time of submission. Certifications: HSPA/CRCST certified required. Must-Have: Experience in decontamination, assembly, sterilization, case carts, and scope reprocessing. Proficiency in the following service lines: Ortho, Neuro, CT, Trauma, Vascular, Oral, Plastics, ENT, and General surgeries. Experience in fiber optics is required. Description: HSPA/CRCST certification is mandatory. Candidates must have Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing is required. First-time travelers may be considered only if they have 3 years of experience and Level 1 trauma experience. Candidates without prior travel experience will not be considered. No time off requests will be granted during the first contract. Core compliance exams (HIPAA) must be completed. No call requirements. Local candidates within a specified radius will not be accepted. Candidates must have experience in a variety of surgical specialties. Excellent customer service skills, attendance, punctuality, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. Candidates may be required to float within the facility as necessary. Rehire eligibility must be confirmed prior to submission. Candidates will be subject to competency evaluations. All qualifications must be clearly indicated in the candidate's profile for consideration. Modules may be required as part of ongoing education.
