Submission Requirements
- Unexpired copy of the candidate’s driver’s license is mandatory with every submission.
- Driver’s license address must be more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Candidates may be submitted to only one position across the entire WVU system at a time.
- Previous permanent employees must be separated from the facility for at least 2 years.
- Previous travelers who completed one full year must be away for at least 2 years.
- Individual unit-specific requirements in Pulse must be followed.
- Travel teams must be submitted together in one email.
- A maximum of 2 candidates per opening may be submitted. If the position is at capacity, the submission may be held until a spot opens.

- Up to 2 shifts may be canceled per 13-week contract.
