Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Stepdown care. Join our team in providing exceptional nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
Shift Information
- 12-hour day shifts
- 36 hours per week guarantee
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate total nursing care for patients.
- Participate in patient and family education.
- Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and patient team personnel.
- Maintain professional nursing practice standards in the clinical setting.
Patient Population
The RN will primarily care for adult and geriatric patients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
- Experience with cardiac drips is required.
- Experience in dementia management is required.
- NIHSS certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Epic electronic medical records system is required.
- Must possess a valid RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state.
Additional Qualifications
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Active American Heart Association ACLS certification.
- Active NIH Stroke Certification.
- Must have own vehicle for transportation as public transport is unavailable in the area.
Dress Code
Professional scrubs without logos are required.
