Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis across IMCU, PCU, and Step Down units
• Supervise and delegate care to appropriate clinical staff, ensuring safe and competent patient care delivery
• Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care standards
• Manage clinical resources effectively in relation to patient care needs and unit-level operations
• Maintain competency expectations aligned with unit assignments, which may include Neuro Telemetry, Cardiac Step Down, and Post-Op settings

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or compact license eligibility
• Experience in an IMCU, PCU, Step Down, or Telemetry nursing environment
• Ability to work night shift in an onsite, acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with varying nurse-to-patient ratios depending on unit assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Neuro Telemetry or Stroke-certified hospital environments
• Background in Cardiac Step Down or Post-Operative patient care
• Comfort working across multiple unit types within a large acute care facility
