- Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience, proficiency with High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure (BiPAP), stable GTT management, experience with postoperative CABG, AVR, MVR, cardiovascular and vascular procedures, AAA repair, lobectomy, carotid endarterectomy (CEA), and conditions like NSTEMI, STEMI, Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), pacemakers, sepsis, gastrointestinal bleeding (GIB), post-Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA), respiratory failure, and TracH units.
- Additional Information: The position involves float responsibilities between critical care service lines within a 30-bed step down unit that manages complex patient cases including cardiovascular, post-surgical, and respiratory conditions. Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing diverse critical conditions is essential.
