Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | 5x8 Hours, 40 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services in a pediatric outpatient therapy setting
- Provide coverage for adult inpatient cases as needed
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication, language, and swallowing disorders across age groups
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Work holidays as required by the facility
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Minnesota required at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an SLP
- Must reside at least 25 miles from the facility
- Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of contract signing
- Must complete Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting in person within 48 hours of contract signing, on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in both pediatric outpatient and adult inpatient therapy settings
- Familiarity with Minnesota state compliance and licensing requirements for traveling clinicians
