Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing function
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
- Perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) independently
- Document patient progress and clinical findings using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Pennsylvania
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Independent proficiency with Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cerner EMR
- Background in acute care or hospital-based speech therapy settings
- Strong skills in dysphagia management and swallowing disorders
