Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment strategies
Required Qualifications
Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility
Previous clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with a diverse patient population across various diagnoses
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment
