Shift: M-F 7:30am-4pm
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Duties & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote patient safety and quality of care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ).
