Shift Details:- Day 5x7.5-Hour (07:00 - 14:30)
Student Population (Elem, Middle, HS): K-12 GradeSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Duties & Responsibilities:- Provide speech and language therapy services to support students' communication and learning needs.
- Assess students' speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals.
- Provide therapy to improve communication skills, comprehension, articulation, and social communication.
- Support students with communication challenges that impact academic performance.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
- Monitor and document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
- Participate in evaluations, student meetings, and individualized education planning.
- Provide recommendations and strategies to support communication skills in the classroom environment.
Minimum Qualifications:- Must hold WA SLP license and ESA certification
- Master's degree or equivalent in Communications Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Speech Pathologist (SLP) licensure in applicable state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech Language-Hearing Association (CCC-ASHA)
- American Heart Association BLS, for Health Care Providers
- Minimum 1+ years' experience as a Speech Pathologist (SLP)
- Additional certifications may be required.
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents
