    Key Responsibilities
    • Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
    • Provide speech and language pathology services to inpatient populations in a regional medical facility.
    • Document patient care and progress accurately using the EPIC electronic medical records system.
    • Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.
    • Participate in holiday coverage, including working 1–2 of 3 designated summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Iowa state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (required).
    • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required).
    • Current CPR certification (required).
    • Mandatory reporter certification (required).
    • Proficiency with EPIC EMR (required).
    • Valid driver's license; candidate must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (required).
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • At least one prior travel contract completed.
    • Experience in an inpatient or acute care setting.
