Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to students in a K–12 school district setting
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students across grade levels
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to address student communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with district requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon State SLP license (Education certificate not required)
- Demonstrated experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Ability to work independently in a small, rural school district environment
- Availability for a full school year commitment through June 2027
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a school-based SLP setting
- Experience serving a K–12 student population
- Comfort working in a small or rural school district environment
