Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an assessing therapist with a modified caseload while supporting Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) responsibilities
• Attend morning meetings, facility meetings, and assist with scheduling
• Provide leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA)
• Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes
• Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients
• Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience required
• Experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting required
• Knowledge of PDPM required
• Active Missouri State SLP License required
• New graduates will not be considered for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience monitoring and analyzing clinical and financial performance metrics
• Familiarity with federal, state, and facility regulatory compliance in a rehab setting
