    Key Responsibilities
    • Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients
    • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support and coordinate patient care
    • Educate patients and families on treatment options and care strategies
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
    Required Qualifications
    • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
    • Experience working with sub-acute rehabilitation patient populations
