    Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Rotating On-Call Weekends | Expected 40 Hours/Week | Projected Start: October 12, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy for pediatric patients from birth through adolescence in an inpatient hospital setting
    • Support children with complex medical needs including dysphagia, tracheostomy, and traumatic brain injury — NICU experience is specifically required for this role
    • Conduct feeding and swallowing assessments and video-fluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS)
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and nurses
    • Document patient progress and outcomes using EMR systems and assist with discharge planning
    • Educate families and caregivers on therapy plans and progress
    Required Qualifications
    • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Tennessee SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
    • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
    • NICU experience is required for this position
    • Pediatric feeding and swallowing experience — required
    • Experience in a children's hospital or inpatient pediatric setting — required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience performing video-fluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS) independently
    • Familiarity with tracheostomy management in a pediatric population
    • Background in inpatient pediatric rehabilitation services
