Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide direct therapeutic intervention for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Delaware
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
• Minimum 30-hour weekly availability commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Experience working with diverse patient populations across multiple diagnoses
